Northwest Missouri Information (nwmoinfo.org) was created out of the need for residents, local businesses and organizations to have quick access to community data and information. nwmoinfo.org has been developed as a receptacle of vital community data.

The Community Alliance of Saint Joseph, a group of residents who gather monthly to promote a shared vision for St. Joseph through citizen input, is conducting a survey of St. Joseph citizens.

MoBroadbandNow conducted a survey to determine the broadband usage, needs and interests of local businesses. Broadband is typically defined as a service that enables high-speed Internet access and high-capacity data communications, as opposed to low speed services such as dial-up connections. Results from the local region are now available.

On July 14th, 2011 TPCI, HAC and SIM grantees, along with 37 public health stakeholders came together for the first Healthy Communities Summit. Attendees networked and learned about policy change, tobacco control, and obesity prevention.  Thanks to everyone who attended and made this event such a success!

The Behavioral Health Epidemiological Workgroup with the MO Department of Mental Health has developed two page behavioral health profiles for each of the 115 counties in the state.
